Cafe Bibliotic Hello!

Just a 6 minute walk from the number 9 exit of Kyoto Shiyakusho mae station, you will find a small refined looking house with a huge banana tree. It is a cafe and right next to it is a bakery, and the atmosphere is really cozy and relaxing with wooden interiors and a wall of books.

Cafe

Their menus also look really tasty! They have pasta, salad, sandwiches and curry.
Their tarts are also must-try! Their tarts are seasonal, so you try a new one every so often! In the past they had cantaloupe, figs, and grapes. For summer they usually offer peach tarts!
They also have cakes, which are equally great!
For summer they also have kakigori (shaved ice)! The flavors also change so you should check them out too.

Bakery

You can enter the bakery through a different door. Their breads are really popular. They have so many different options available like walnut scone, chocolate banana muffins, and more!
Since it's popular, their breads may run out quickly. So it is highly recommended to go there early! It will make such a perfect breakfast or a lunch!
