K's Collection

K's Collection is a new ramen shop started by the owner of a famous ramen shop in east Tokyo called 'Chibakiya.' The featured bowl of ramen on the menu here is the ¥900 'Karamiso Sanmamen' which is the owner's take on a local Yokohama ramen type called sanmamen.
The soup has a spicy miso base that has a wonderful balance of spice and umami and goes wonderfully with the chewy noodles and veggies in the bowl. Just one bite and you'll be addicted!

Hakata Issei

'Hakata Issei' is a new shop produced by the same group behind the popular Tokyo ramen shop 'Ramen Keisuke.' The standard 'Tonkotsu Ramen' for ¥820 is true to traditional Hakata ramen and has amazing umami and scent created during the very long boiling time. The bowl comes with two pieces of beautiful chashu on top and is everything that you'd hope for in a really good bowl of Hakata ramen. A spicy version can also be ordered for ¥980 that is mixed with a special house spice blend.
