512 Cafe & Grill's interior is stylish, yet relaxing. It's great for a date or for a girl's outing.

Brule pancake ¥1,500.
The Brule Pancakes comes with 3 pancakes, 2 scoops of ice cream, whipped cream and blueberry sauce.
Before cooking the pancake, the chef adds meringue to the mix which is why the pancake is so incredibly fluffy and soft.
512cafe4
Cutting through the pancake is a lot like cutting through mousse, it's that soft!

As soon as you take a bite, it will melt in your mouth

512cafe5
The pancake is not too sweet but is rich because of the meringue and the custard cream.
The texture is incredibly soft, when you cut through it, it starts to giggle like mousse. And as soon as you put it in your mouth, it starts to melt.
You're sure to smile after your first bite!

Finally, it might be easier to eat it with a spoon.
It's really much closer to a souffle, then a pancake. Or it's the best of both worlds!

Finally...

You should try the incredibly fluffy souffle pancake for yourself at 512 Cafe & Grill. It's delicious and the texture is mesmerizing. Why not bring a date or your girlfriends? You're bound to have a lovely afternoon!
